Предлагаем напомнить некоторые основные понятия и характеристики
тех биологических объектов, с которыми
мы имеем дело. Остановимся на том,
что из себя представляют вирусы.
Вирус – это реплицирующийся микроорганизм [1]. Особенностью вирусов является то, что размножаться они могут только внутри клеток хозяев и строго зависят от их структуры и метаболизма.
Зрелая вирусная частица, известная как вирион, состоит
из нуклеиновой кислоты, покрытой защитной белковой оболочкой — капсидом. Капсид складывается из одинаковых белковых субъединиц, называемых капсомерами [2]. Капсид состоит из белков, кодируемых вирусным геномом, а его форма лежит в основе классификации вирусов по морфологическому признаку [3, 4].
Сложноорганизованные вирусы, кроме того, кодируют специальные белки, помогающие в сборке капсида. Комплексы белков
и нуклеиновых кислот известны как нуклеопротеины, а комплекс белков вирусного капсида с вирусной нуклеиновой кислотой называется нуклеокапсидом.
